The project included a comprehensive analysis which led to that the supplier got a clear overview of where the greatest sales potential was, and how to optimize their resources to gain best effect on their efforts. The result was that the supplier achieved the targeted sales numbers.

A comprehensive program that among others included mystery shopping. The project led to the identification of a number of previously unknown obstacles in the channels, and hence could be corrected. Also, the end customer purchase decisions were made easier and this led to an increased conversion rate in the stores for the supplier's products.

Extensive profitability program for a retail chain, including financial and staff evaluation, customer flow analysis and range analysis. The program led to that Agenda Retail, together with the retail chain, developed a set of customized tools to correct the identified shortcomings. The result was that the targeted key figures continuously have improved eight consecutive quarters in a row.

As a part of a program to improve the sales of a strategic range of a leading retailer, "mystery coachers" was sent out to the stores. They acted like normal customers, but after completion of the store visit the mystery coach gave direct feedback to the store staff and coached the staff in the sales process. The result was that the sales process in the stores improved and that the sales of the selected range increased dramatically.
